Pipework Installations
D&T Mechanical undertake full mechanical installations within the industrial and commercial sectors, whether new build or refurbishment.
We specialise in plant rooms and energy centres and utilise our offsite fabrication facility to assist with the efficient and safe installation of these projects.
We can supply labour, materials and plant items to install the piped services from plant rooms through the distribution pipework to final connections. We can then join the final connections to, among others, radiators, radiant panels, fan coil units, and heater batteries.
We offer a range of installation types, including but not limited to welding, pipe threading, brazing, soldering, press fit, fusion welding, and solvent welding.
Offsite Fabrication
D&T Mechanical operate from our offices and fabrication workshop in Coventry.
Our team can offer a range of works from individual spools, low-loss headers, pipe modules, and plant skids to full packaged plant rooms.
Our coded pipefitter welders are highly experienced within the industry, and the team specialise in mild steel and stainless steel pipework using MMA, TIG and MIG welding.
We carry our own welding procedures, and our welders are qualified to class 1 standards.
Gas Services
D&T Mechanical are Gas Safe registered and offers internal and external gas systems.
Our highly skilled engineers are qualified and competent with various methods of gas installation, and all systems are tested and purged in line with current regulations.
Plumbing & Heating
D&T Mechanical offer the highest quality complete building services installations.
We supply and install full sanitaryware, including WC pans, basins, showers, ambulant toilets, Doc M packs, brassware and wall furniture.
Our fully qualified plumbers are experienced in all drainage and rainwater installations, such as solvent weld and push-fit plastics, fusion weld HDPE, cast-iron pipework, and mechanical and fusion weld chemical drainage.
